This special yoga session is designed to help you slow down, restore balance and prioritise your wellbeing. Through gentle yoga and guided breathwork, you'll be invited to release tension, reconnect with your body and mind, and start your day feeling refreshed and re-energised.
Whether you're looking for a mindful start to your day, a chance to disconnect from the demands of everyday life, or simply time to reconnect with yourself, this session offers a welcoming space to pause, recharge and connect with like-minded people.

This session is open to entrepreneurs, founders, freelancers, creatives and professionals looking to prioritise their wellbeing, reduce stress and connect with like-minded people.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or have an established practice, everyone is welcome.

Please arrive from 8:00am for registration and to settle into the space ahead of the session.
The session will begin promptly at 8:30am. To help maintain a calm and relaxing environment for everyone, we recommend arriving on time, as late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has started.

Enjoy a complete wellness experience with a gentle yoga session and a deeply relaxing sound bath. Suitable for all levels. Limited to 20 spaces. (Yoga mat is NOT included)

Meet the Facilitator
Jason Daponte - Accredited Yoga Teacher
Jason is a dedicated and grounded yoga teacher with a Vinyasa Flow focus and over 20 years of personal practice experience. He's completed a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance-accredited teacher training and regularly teaches for MoreYoga.
He strives to create inclusive, energising classes that integrate movement, breath and philosophy with the aim of helping students take their practice 'off the mat' and with them into their day-to-day lives. His classes include playlists that blend music (from kirtan to hip hop) in unexpected ways to complement what's being taught. They're available free on his Instagram @iamthatyoga
