📍 Location: TUM.ai Homebase at Rosenheimer Str. 116A, Munich, 7th floor (Unite Office)
No frills, no fluff—just a weekend to focus, build, and create. Whether you’re part of TUM.ai, Alexandria Hackerhouse, CDTM, or another Munich innovation hub, or just someone with an idea they want to bring to life, this is your chance to make it happen.
The Plan
Saturday, Nov 30th
11:00 AM: Kickoff & set the tone.
11:30 AM: Quick talk to inspire action.
12:15 PM: Grab lunch and fuel up.
1:15 PM: Touch base with coaches, define goals, and dive in.
1:45 PM – 6:45 PM: Work on your project.
6:45 PM: Take a break, play some ping pong, or chill with others.
7:45 PM: 🍕 Pizza time
8:30 PM – next morning: Keep building or catch some rest
Sunday, Dec 1st
9:00 AM: 🍳 Breakfast buffet to get your energy up
11:00 AM: Quick check-in with coaches to adjust goals
11:30 AM – 8:00 PM: Build, iterate, and grind
8:00 PM: Wrap up, reflect, and decide what’s next—or keep working if you’re in the zone
