With over 13 years of experience in the life sciences and healthcare industry, Ms. Chidambaram currently serves as a seasoned Account Director at Indegene, a global provider of integrated digital solutions for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector. Her core competencies include analytical skills, strategic solutioning, customer relationship management, and business development.
In her current role, she is responsible for the management and expansion of a portfolio of key accounts, which prominently features two of the world's largest biopharmaceutical companies. Her primary focus revolves around digital services and solutions in the domains of medical affairs, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance and safety, clinical research and development, training, as well as market access, pricing, and reimbursement. Core of approach entails harnessing cutting-edge technology, leveraging AI/Gen AI, ML, and NLP models to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline solutions for clients.
Over the years Ms. Chidambaram as acquired rich and varied experience across functional domains including Competitive Intelligence, Market Research, Management Consulting, Market Access, Commercial Strategy, and Business Development in the Life Sciences sector having worked for some of the finest multinationals including Bayer Healthcare, Frost & Sullivan, and SAI MedPartners. As a subject-matter expert and member of several global expert panels, she consults independently with top-notch biopharma clients on varied topics of interest, deliver thought-leader interviews for reputed industry trade publications and keynote presentations at reputed industry conferences.
Ms. Chidambaram's standing within the global Biopharmaceutical industry has garnered acknowledgment, leading to the conferment of the "Alien of Extraordinary Ability". This recognition stems from a consistent demonstration of national and international acclaim through innumerable publications and authorship of scholarly articles in major life sciences trade publications, performing leading/critical roles in distinguished organizations as well as serving as a judging panel member.
