• ​Independent business valuations are now required on every change of ownership

• ​Minimum 10% equity injection is back for startups and business acquisitions

• ​Search funding no longer counts as equity

• ​Partial buyouts got stricter (every new owner must now be a co-borrower, even at 1%)

• ​All owners must be U.S. citizens / green card holders with a U.S. primary residence
