What is the Entreprenista League?
The Entreprenista League is a thriving community of 4,000+ women founders from across the country who are building businesses, supporting one another, and showing up for each other, both online and in person, just like this! Local Meetups are one of the many ways our members bring the community to life in their own cities.

Emily Wands is the founder and creative director of Lahh Salon, a luxury hair destination in Miami known for dimensional color, customized blonding, extensions, and elevated client experiences. Originally from New York, Emily trained at renowned salons including Oscar Blandi and John Barrett and previously worked as a brand manager for Oribe. She created Lahh Salon to be a welcoming, community-driven space where clients feel at home while receiving highly personalized service.
