Susanne Najafi, Founding Partner at BackingMinds VC, will lead the morning run through Copenhagen - with the option to swim parts of the route. Susanne's is doing the Swimrun World Championships 2026, and has developed a slight obsession with sneaking in a dip wherever a run allows it. Consider this fair warning. But staying dry is completely fine too!

After an approx. 4 km run we finish at Plugin Heat Club to earn our recovery: a sauna session with cold plunge. Heat up, cool down, repeat and walk into TechBBQ fully recharged.

This event is for a curated group of VCs, founders and operators to get together before everything starts. Spots are limited. Participation is by approval only. Details on timing and meeting point go exclusively to confirmed participants.
