🪆 A dynamic, engaging, and fun workshop with an all-time relevant topic for folks who facilitate learning experiences. We’ll build together a framework to be used both in our formal, professional L&D roles and also in our community-sourced future activities for the L&D Shakers Hub in Cluj!
🤝 Your now usual dose of connecting with more awesome L&D people, learning from each other, and enriching your network for knowledge sharing and growth!
Our format for this month is a follow-up from last edition’s Facilitation Lab, specifically a Learning Nugget - a small idea, just like a seedling, that we want to plant together and watch it grow and take root, so we can all enjoy its fruits.
What we are targeting to achieve is a Hub Source - our take on crowdsourcing - where we use our collective genius to tackle a subject and come up with great ideas and solutions for challenges we are faced with.
The topic we are focusing on is a basic principle in Instructional Design, called outcome-focused design. We look at outcome-focused design as a cornerstone in the facilitation of learning experiences, regardless of their format, and we consider it to be one of the best strategies to use when building a learning experience that is meaningful and impactful.
This won’t be your usual “sit-down-and-listen” kind of experience - you will be engaging in co-creation and peer learning, so we welcome you with all of your creative ideas and amazing stories from your own experience. We encourage you to explore and keep an open mind, as we always do with our L&S Shakers events!

🤹♀️Laura Picioruș is an experienced Instructional Designer, L&D Expert, and HR Consultant, with over 10 years of experience in various organizations and industries. Her expertise includes organizational communication, change management, project management, training delivery, and facilitation.
She’s channeling her passion for instructional design by creating impactful e-learning experiences as a Global e-Training Specialist for SIG Group.
She is also in charge of event organization, moderation, and facilitation for a community of freelancers and entrepreneurs in Cluj-Napoca, where she learns and explores the multiple facets of entrepreneurship, guiding people toward genuine connection and providing mutual support.
