​お支払い方法は、事前決済（Prepaid）または現地決済（Pay on site）からお選びいただけます。参加希望の方は、いずれかの方法を選択のうえ、Luma上で事前登録をお願いいたします。

​事前決済(Prepaid)の場合、スムーズにエントランス可能です。ご協力のほどよろしくお願い致します。

定員に達し次第締め切りとなります。必ず事前登録をお願いいたします。
募集人数に達した後にお申し込みいただいた場合、ご参加をお断りする可能性がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

​【事前決済者のキャンセルポリシー】
・主催者側の都合によりイベントが中止となった場合（イベント全体の中止を含む）、参加費は全額返金いたします（この場合の決済手数料は主催者が負担いたします）。
・参加者様のご都合によるキャンセルは、Luma上で「キャンセル」ボタンが押された日時を基準とし、以下の通りといたします。
　- イベント開催2日前まで：参加費を全額返金
　- 前日：参加費の50％を返金
　- 当日および無断欠席：参加費の100％をキャンセル料として申し受けます
・参加者様都合によるキャンセルの返金時には、決済システム利用料として数％程度の手数料を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。

Spots are limited and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please make sure to register in advance. Once we reach capacity, we may not be able to accept additional guests. Thank you for your understanding.

​【Cancellation Policy for Prepaid Tickets】
・If the event is canceled due to circumstances on the organizer’s side (including full cancellation of the event), we will refund 100% of the ticket price. In this case, payment processing fees will be covered by the organizer.
・If you cancel for personal reasons, the refund amount will be based on the time you click the “Cancel” button on Luma:
　– Up to 2 days before the event: 100% refund
　– 1 day before the event: 50% refund
　– Same day or no-show: 0% refund (100% cancellation fee)
・For cancellations due to personal reasons, a small payment processing fee (several percent) will be deducted from the refund amount.
