​Law and Law is managed by Charles Law, with other experienced lawyers and legal assistants.

​Charles is active in the Chinese-American community in the San Francisco Bay Area. He served for Monte Jade Technology Association as legal counsel for 14 years, and is currently a board member of such non-profit organization.

​Charles was a senior partner of King and Wood Mallesons for 17 years until 2017, and had been stationed in its offices in Beijing, Shanghai and the US. He has helped 15 Chinese companies went public  through reverse mergers and SPAC in the US, and has been the legal counsel for many US venture capital companies or investment institutes making investments or mergers in China. Charles has deep relationship and connections in both China and Taiwan.

​Charles graduated from Soochow University in Taiwan, and was awarded Master of Laws degree in International and Comparative Laws at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. His publications include: Conducting Legal Due Diligence in China (published by State Bar of California); The Bible for Start-ups in venture finances (published by Taiwan Business Journal); and IPO in China for foreign companies (published by King and Wood Mallesons).
