A Salon on the ⿻ Plural Stack

​Digital sovereignty has recently come to be seen as a necessity by many institutions. A lively debate, sparked by movements such as EuroStack and ETRS as well as recent publications like Europe 2031, is underway, especially in Europe

​Most EU sovereignty approaches frame foreign-owned digital infrastructure as the core problem and creating European digital champions as the solution. The ⿻ Plural Stack takes a different view: the real issue to fix is centralisation itself.

​In this session, we want to discuss the concept of the ⿻ Plural Stack and its application to AI, social media, and civic tech.
