By this Friday, you know you are going to need a breath of fresh air...(and sanity). Escape your family for a morning coffee, movement and the fill of all the things YOU need this week.
Motherhood can make it tough to find or create the time and space for connection and movement; we've planned all the details, you just need to show up.
*We meet at HightLight Coffee for a connection/ caffeine fuel spot
*From there take a 5 min drive to Sam Merrill Trailhead stroll in nature to boost our endorphins and strengthen connections in our LA community.
