This month we're off to Uchiko for DWF 🍱🍣

Uchiko, born from Chef Tyson Cole’s original non‑traditional Japanese concept, carries forward the spirit of Uchi. While the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, Uchiko takes a more fire‑driven turn, layering smoke and char onto the fresh, clean flavors at its core.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: This is a small reservation for 6 (including yours truly) which required a $25.00 hold per person that I have taken care of. If you RSVP and can no longer attend, I kindly ask you give me three days notice to find someone to fill your seat. This also allows me to change the reservation without being penalized if I am unable to find someone who is available. A win for all!
