On 5th November 2026, we're opening our lab in Pfäffikon, Switzerland, to show you we've cracked it and are on schedule to launch our wearable in 2028.
We published our clinical results last year (doi: 10.1177/19322968251313811), demonstrating the science on our benchtop system. The open question since then has been the one that has defeated this field for thirty years: does it survive miniaturization?
On 5th November we will demonstrate that publicly for the first time. We will benchmark our miniaturized system — built entirely from components small enough to fit in a wearable — head-to-head against a benchtop system comparable to the one used in our clinical trials, live, in front of you. Compared with that benchtop system, the miniaturized version delivers:
300x smaller, sufficiently miniaturized for our wearable
12x higher light throughput, providing ample performance for our use case
1000x more throughput than any in its class size
