This is that hour and a half. No slides to sit through, no tool demos. You’ll build your answer out of LEGO® bricks, tell your story, and hear how other founders are wrestling with the same thing.
Maybe you’re not sure what to hand off and what to keep. Maybe you wonder what your job is if AI does the work you’re proud of. Maybe you’re excited and worried and haven’t said either out loud. Bring whichever one it is.
How the 90 minutes go
15 min: Welcome, how LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® works, and a warm-up build
60 min: Build your model of how AI and digital tools show up in your business, and what that means for your role. Share it with your table of five/six.
15 min: Reflect and pick one small thing to try this week

A photo of your model with one line beside it, for when the week gets busy
You won’t leave with a roadmap, a tool shortlist, or a how-to on using AI tools. This is about the founder/business owner, not the software.
Who it’s for: Founders and co-founders of startups and small businesses. No tech or AI knowledge needed. Come on your own. We keep it to 25 so everyone gets to build and be heard.
