Venture Capital 101: Understanding and Partnering with VCs (Yale Community only)

​Research coming out of Yale draws interest from a wide variety of funding sources that faculty can use to support commercialization. In this 90-minute session, we'll focus on venture capital. We'll cover how venture capital investors make money, what types of companies successfully attract venture capital investment, and how to decide if venture capital is the right financing option for your project. The session is interactive and assumes no finance background.
