Before the Event: set expectations and goals, research must-have participants, and build digital visibility before you even walk in the door.
During the Event: Learn high-impact tactics, including the 60-Second Rule for rapid lead acquisition and qualification.
After the Event: Allocate time for organized follow-up to convert leads into concrete collaborations and opportunities within the critical first week.
