​Hosted by Get Better and Klaviyo at Klaviyo's London office. Over breakfast, you'll move through two rounds of facilitated, Chatham House conversation with a different mix of brand peers each time.

​Data Collection

​Partner represents and warrants that (i) it will collect, use, process and disclose personal data in accordance with applicable laws and its privacy policies; (ii) it will provide all notices, and obtain all consents required under the applicable local, state, federal and international laws and regulations including data privacy and email marketing laws, in connection with its collection, use, sharing, processing, and disclosing of any personal data in relation to the Event. If Partner intends to send personal data it collects in connection with an Event to Klaviyo, it shall also provide the required notices along with a link to Klaviyo’s Privacy Notice and collect the required consent under applicable laws for Klaviyo receiving this data where Klaviyo may use the personal data for its own marketing and outreach purposes.  If applicable, Partner agrees that any terms of any lead collection tool, system, or scanner will be consistent with the rights and obligations in this paragraph and any other requirement, documents, or terms that may be presented to Klaviyo in connection with this event are specifically null and void.

​Any landing page and/or form which collects personal data such as name, email address, phone number, etc, in connection with the activity must comply with applicable privacy laws.  Accordingly, Partners must ensure they (i) receive express consent, (ii) include an opt-in checkbox and (iii) reference Klaviyo by name along with  referring and linking to our Privacy Policy.  Partners should also include similar language to the following :
