Tone and Trot
Pilates at an actual farm. With ponies. 🐴
We're taking over Castle Farm in Snow Hill for a morning that moves you, then slows you all the way down — mat class on the farm, build-your-own florals, a full wellness lounge, brunch boxes, a beauty touch-up bar, and yes, actual ponies wandering the property while you do it all. This is not your average Saturday. Consider this your official invite. ✨
What's included:
✦ Tone: Mat Pilates with Dolce Vita Pilates — a full mat workout on the farm. Bring your mat and your good energy.
✦ Flower Bar by Faded Sol — build your own bouquet to take home. Because you deserve fresh flowers on a Saturday.
✦ Project E Wellness Lounge — sink into the couch, breathe, decompress. The lounge is your soft landing after you sweat.
✦ Brunch Box by Modern Graze — because every good workout ends with something delicious.
✦ East Coast Cowgirl Hat & Boot Bar - build a custom hat, brand your boots or build custom boot charms!
✦ Touch-Up Bar with Coastal Beauty Studio and Hair By Mariead — get refreshed, glowed up, and camera-ready.
✦ Light gifting — from some of our fave vendors
✦ Ponies. Yes, actual ponies. You're welcome. 🐴
Social Hour Tickets:
The Social Hour ticket gets you access to the social hour and all the vendors, the wellness lounge, flower bar, brunch, and beauty touch-up bar — no workout required. Most are included with ticket price, some are additional costs. Grab this one if you want to ease into the morning. 🐚

Your mat, water bottle, and whatever you love to wear for movement. We'll take care of the rest.
What's the difference between the workout and social hour tickets?

Is the class beginner-friendly?
Yes! Dolce Vita Pilates welcomes all levels. Show up as you are.
Is there parking?
Yes — Castle Farm has on-site parking. [
What do I wear?
Move comfortably — then feel free to freshen up at the beauty bar after. A lot of girls like to bring a light layer for the lounge portion.
