​Election Law Class (2 Hours)

​Understanding the Law. Applying It at the Polls. Protecting Election Integrity.

​This updated class equips Election Judges, Clerks and Poll Watchers with a practical understanding of election law and how it applies at Harris County polls, so you can identify, address, and report election integrity issues with confidence — even in difficult situations.

​Take this class if you want:

• ​A foundation in key election laws that govern polling place activity, including updates from the 89th Legislative Session

• ​Practical guidance on applying election law at the polls and recognizing when election activities may not be conducted in accordance with the law or Harris County procedures

• ​Strategies for handling common election integrity issues if they arise in the Vote Center

• ​Guidance on how to document concerns accurately

• ​Clarity on how and where to get support and report issues when needed

• ​Approaches for navigating challenging or intimidating interactions while staying within legal and procedural boundaries
