StartX M&A/Exit Peer Group
Join a small cohort of StartX founders and alumni for a limited off-the-record series where founders will share firsthand experiences navigating the complex world of mergers, acquisitions, and successful exits and get some founder-to-founder support. Across these sessions, we will learn from each other’s in-progress situations and recent experiences - the successes, the challenges, and the hard-won lessons.
What to Expect
Confidentiality first - a neighborhood peer-support style in a 60-minute session.
Peer learning > presentations - Each session is designed around a founder sharing the good, the bad, and the ugly of their personal M&A/Exit story, followed by a live Q&A with the group and shared guidance from the facilitator and experienced founders in the room.
Facilitated by: The sessions will be led and facilitated by Ken So, Startx founder (F16, S25) and lead mentor, former Corp Dev leader, 2x fintech founder with prior successful exit.
Who Should Attend
StartX founders and alumni who:
are exploring M&A/partnership options,
are actively in a process, and
have completed an exit and are open to sharing lessons and frameworks.
Why This Matters
The M&A process is often shrouded in secrecy, making it difficult to find unbiased, practical advice. Our goal is to demystify the journey by creating a trusted environment within the StartX network where founders can ask tough questions, share insights, and build connections with peers who understand the unique pressures of this experience.
