This month: How to Build Trust In An Uncertain Job Market

134,000+ layoffs YTD in 2026. Reorgs. AI reshaping entire functions overnight. Senior leaders are being asked to project steadiness they don't fully feel, and their teams know it.

The hardest version of leadership trust isn't building it when things are good. It's building it when you're not sure what's coming for you or your team.

We're talking about what that actually looks like, and how to lead with credibility when confidence isn't the honest answer.
