Ideas in the Wild
Many of us spend our working days indoors, in back-to-back meetings and in front of screens, carrying unfinished questions, half-formed ideas or a sense of being mentally full. This session creates intentional space to slow down, step outside familiar thinking patterns, and gain clarity without pressure to solve anything.
Rather than problem-solving or pushing for outcomes, we'll explore how the natural world can be a quiet and powerful partner for reflection, sense-making and insight.
This session is for anyone who:
Is holding a question, idea, decision, or uncertainty
Feels mentally full, overloaded, or a little stuck
Is curious about what working and thinking outdoors can do, whatever their role or industry
The session will cover:
How time outdoors supports clearer thinking and decision-making
How the natural world can spark inspiration and new perspectives
How a change of environment can shift stuck thinking and unlock insight.
Join during your lunchtime, leave with a fresh insight and a simple reflective practice you can use anywhere.
