Who Are You When No One Is Watching: An Evening on Authenticity and the Performed Self
We are all, to some degree, performing. We curate what we share, manage how we're perceived, and show up differently depending on the room we're in. Beneath the performance is a self that doesn't edit, doesn't manage, and doesn't adjust.
Drawing on psychology and existential thought, this evening explores the gap between who we present to the world and who we actually are, why that gap exists, and what it costs us. Through honest conversation and guided activities, we get curious about what authenticity actually means, what makes it so difficult, and what becomes possible in our relationships when we dare to show up more fully as ourselves.
The skills explored here are transferable across all areas of life including work, and may shift how you relate to yourself and others long after you leave the room.
