They have a content recognition problem.
Valuable content is often hiding inside work they've already created. The goal is not to create more. The goal is to discover, uncover, and activate the value that is already yours.

This is not a webinar.
This is not a presentation.
This is not a sit-back-and-listen experience.
The Hidden Silver™ Sprint is an active working cohort. You'll work directly in the workbook before, during, and between sessions. Participants complete inventories, discovery exercises, opportunity mapping activities, activation planning, and momentum-building assignments throughout the experience.
Before Each Session

Reflect on prompts and questions provided in advance
During Each Session

Participate in guided discussions
Identify opportunities and priorities

This is working time, not lecture time.

Time Commitment
Please plan for approximately:
25 minutes for each live session
30-60 minutes of preparation before each session
30-60 minutes of work between sessions
Total commitment: approximately 3-5 hours over three weeks.
What You'll Experience
Session 1: Discover
Identify content assets, expertise, experiences, and intellectual property you've already created.
You'll complete a Content Asset Inventory, recognize overlooked sources of value, and identify assets worth further exploration.
Session 2: Uncover
Explore the stories, frameworks, lessons learned, processes, examples, original thinking, community wisdom, and opportunities hidden within your existing work.
You'll identify Hidden Silver™ opportunities and map what those assets could become.
Session 3: Activate
Evaluate opportunities, select priorities, create an Activation Plan, and build a practical 30-Day Momentum Plan.
The goal is not to do everything. The goal is to identify the opportunities with the greatest potential and take meaningful action.

For participants who have the capacity to contribute beyond the standard rate and support the continued development of this work.
Sustainer Rate — $350
For participants who would like to contribute at a higher level to support future access opportunities, community-centered programming, and the continued growth of this work.
