Kristin Walter, Solopreneur-in-Progress
Kristin is a systemic organizational development consultant and facilitator based in Berlin. She works with leaders and teams to strengthen their ability to navigate complexity by building shared understanding in uncertain environments. Her focus is on strengthening adaptability as a core capability in complex and uncertain environments. Having recently embarked on her own solopreneur journey, she brings first-hand experience to the challenges of positioning, focus, and niche definition.
Logan Ouellette, Solopreneur-in-Progress
Logan is driven by fostering authentic relationships and connecting people with opportunities to thrive. After well over a decade spent building communities, partnerships, and brands for Berlin-based startups and scaleups, he is currently in the process of building his own business, which was the genesis for launching this series of practical sessions on solopreneurship for the L&D Shakers Berlin community.
