Practical AI Ideas for Customer Success
In-person · Free · Dinner included · Limited seats
An evening for Customer Success and post-sales leaders who want to stop talking about AI and start using it. In three hours you'll pick one workflow, map out what it needs, and leave with a first step your team can take next week, even without a data team.
Building on our Post-Sales event in January, we're opening up the RevGuides office for an evening on how AI can help with the everyday work of customer success. This isn't about big promises. It's about finding one workflow that actually makes your team's week easier.
We ran this workshop at the last Pulse conference in London for 110 people. Fewer than 10% said they were happy with their current agentic workflows, so if you're still figuring it out, you're in good company.
What you'll leave with
One useful workflow to focus on, such as spotting churn risk earlier, preparing renewals, or following up with customers.
A clearer picture of the data, tools and human input you'd need to make it work.
A practical first step you can take with your team, even without a large data team to help implement it.
Speakers
Sander den Hartog, Director / Owner at CostPerform
Sander will share how CostPerform is putting AI to work in post-sales, seen from the CEO's chair: what they tried, what stuck, and what they'd do differently. It's a real-world case from a team that's already doing it, not a vendor demo.
Renat Zubayrov, Founder & CEO at RevOS
Even frontier AI doesn’t fail loudly. It gives you a confident number that’s quietly wrong.” Renat will show how to get outcomes you can trust: let AI propose and keep the numbers deterministic, give it a shared definition of your metrics, and make sure nothing runs until a person signs off. Because, in his words, “autonomous doesn’t mean uncontrolled.
