THE JOURNEY
For five weeks, I am opening a small online laboratory devoted to the practice of attunement. This is not a place to arrive with a problem to solve, but rather a place to slow down and become intimate with the different dimensions of our inner instrument. To notice what resonates, what contracts, what opens, what has been waiting quietly beneath the stories.
We will move through a simple cycle:
ROOT · LISTEN · RECEIVE · SOUND
