Drive: Use Google Maps and type in Lion's Nature Education Centre. It will take you directly to the parking lot.

​MTR - 1) Take the Tuen Ma Line and Exit Diamond Hill
​2) 92 Sai Kung Bus Terminus (Catch bus by 8:35 AM)
​3) Exit Pak Kong; Hiram’s Highway (23 stops, about 50 minutes)
​4) Walk 6 minutes up the hill until you get to Lion’s Nature Education Centre Parking Lot

We are located in Lai Chi Kok. Exit D2, and go to the Great Wall Factory Building. We are on the 9th floor, Unit B-5.

Kowloon Mindfulness Community

Exit D1 or D2 from Lai Chi Kok MTR. Walk towards and enter the Great Wall Factory Building. We're located on the 9th Floor, B5.

Journey Home

Take the MTR to Tsuen Wan Station. Leave Exit B1 and cross the footbridge.
Go past the shops and the second footbridge and turn left where you'll see 'Chung On' sign pointing down the stairs.
Go down the stairs then turn right on Chung On Street. Walk one block until you arrive at the intersection with Shiu Wo Street. You'll see the 82 Minibus stop nearby. 82 takes you to the trail.

The Rewilding Journey: Forest Bathing Across Hong Kong

Exit A1 from the Sai Ying Pun MTR. Turn left from the exit and then left on Wilmer St. Enter the Wai Wah Commercial Center on 6 Wilmer St. Take the elevator to the 24th floor. We will be in 2402.
