Welcome to the G.J. Gardner Homes New Homes Consultant Sales Induction. This program is designed to help new NHCs feel comfortable and confident in their roles by introducing them to the G.J. Way of Selling and the processes that set us apart.
The initial session runs for approximately three hours, with a follow-up session of one hour scheduled two weeks later. Attendance at both sessions is required.
