​The Cacao Ritual & Ceremonial Space — An Immersive Training

​A 1 day immersive training for anyone who feels called to hold ceremony through ancestral wisdom whether you're a facilitator, therapist, yoga teacher, or simply someone ready to deepen your own path with cacao.

​Guided by Maria Quetzal, with the support of 5 facilitators, you'll be walked through the full arc of holding sacred ceremonial space: from opening and energetic cleansing, through ritual cacao preparation, to voice, breath, and sound as tools of activation closing each day with shamanic breathwork and sound healing integration.

​What you'll learn:

• ​The ancestral roots of cacao and the structure of ceremony & ritual

• ​How to open, hold, and close sacred space with clarity and respect

• ​Altar creation, energetic cleansing, and conscious use of sacred smoke, resins & herbs

• ​Ritual preparation of ceremonial cacao, from consecration to guidance

• ​Voice, breath & chant as portals of activation; medicine songs and presence

• ​Relationship with the elements and directions as living forces in the body

• ​Developing intuition, subtle-sense awareness, and your own personal medicine

• ​How to integrate this path into your life and your service to others

​Your guide: Maria Quetzal from Mexico is the founder of The Sacred Paths School, with over 22 years of experience in ceremonial work, conscious events, and transformational festivals. Her lineage comes through her grandmother, a healer and medicine woman born in Michoacán, and she has trained alongside Wixárika, Aztec, Olmec, and Asian traditions. She brings ancestral tools and grounded, embodied guidance to every space she holds.

• ​1 day of live, in-person training (Friday afternoon 17:00 to 21:00, Saturday & Sunday full days 10:00 to 20:00)

​Why this training: Most cacao education today lives in one of two places: a single afternoon workshop, or a self-paced online course completed alone, at home, in front of a screen often at a similar price to what you'll invest here.

​This is neither. Over 1 full day, you are held in person, in ceremony, by Maria Quetzal and 5 facilitators not clicking through video modules on your own. Maria's lineage carries 22 years of ceremonial work, walked alongside the Wixárika, Aztec, Olmec, and Asian traditions, and rooted originally in her grandmother, a healer and medicine woman from Michoacán. What you receive here isn't information about cacao; it's a lived, heart-led transmission of how to hold it, with the time and depth this medicine actually asks for.
