Power & Possibilities Summit

Hosted through a partnership between the Oishei Foundation and Perrin Associates, this gathering is built for BIPOC nonprofit and community leaders on Buffalo's East Side who are out here every day strengthening organizations, building partnerships, and pushing for real, lasting change. This year's theme, Building Community Power Through Collective Action and Personal Restoration, is all about honoring that work while making room to breathe, reflect, and dream bigger together.

​Throughout the day at The Richardson Hotel, you'll dive into workshops and conversations covering organizational power, community ownership, financial sustainability, strategic partnerships, and leadership presence. But this isn't just about strategy and structure. It's about imagining what true prosperity looks like for our community: neighborhoods full of homeowners, businesses run by the people who live there, and the collective power to bring in the resources needed to thrive.
