The Frequency WITHIN – Darkness & Sound healing immersive experience (Session 3)

​Amid the intensity and constant exchange of ideas in Davos, this experience offers a rare pause. Hosted by WITHIN Darkness Retreats and the Frequency School, this guided sound bath in total darkness invites participants to step away from stimulation and enter a protected space of stillness. In the absence of light, attention naturally turns inward, allowing sound to support deep rest, recalibration, and clarity. Designed as a sanctuary from the public stage, this experience supports nervous system recovery and mental integration -creating the conditions for insight, grounded decision-making, and renewed presence. No prior experience is required; participants simply arrive, lie back, and listen. The session includes an introduction by Ananda Jey Spiritual Guide & Founder of Within and Maejor of The Frequency School, followed by a sharing and Q&A circle.
