• ​Location: Downtown Dock, 2 Victory Ave, Nashville, TN 37213

• ​Check-in: 5:55pm

• ​Departure: 6:25pm sharp

• ​Event ends: 8:30pm

• ​Attire: Business casual. Weather will likely be warm.

• ​Personal belongings:

  • ​Please bring a valid ID.

  • ​It is best to leave large bags at your hotel if possible.

• ​Shuttle & transportation:

  • ​A shuttle bus will be arranged for guests departing from the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. More details to come.

  • ​No transportation will be returning to the Gaylord Opryland Resort, so we recommend exploring downtown Nashville before calling an Uber.
