More Info

The Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) Program is a research and development program that provides non-dilutive funding to a number of innovative small businesses to help meet government needs.

These office hours are designed to help those interested in the program by providing them with the opportunity to meet with an SBIR/STTR specialist who can help answer questions about the program. Specifically, they will meet with the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) SBIR/STTR Program Manager and Connect’s own SBIR/STTR Director.

Although our program is here to assist as much as we can, we cannot assist in the actual development or writing/review of your proposal. This is because our partnership is with the Navy, and we have to keep the competitive integrity of the SBIR/STTR program. We hope to be able to help you with all program-related questions, but please keep in mind our expertise lies with the Navy program, and that all agencies have different processes!
