​Most startups use AI as a simple tool, but the real opportunity is to treat it like a workforce. Join us for a tactical deep-dive into how early-stage startups can use AI agents to compound company knowledge and expand execution capacity across the organization.

​This session will cover:

• ​Designing an AI workforce and how Tom has done so at Trig.

• ​Building self-improving GTM systems, including objection playbooks, use-case libraries, and account intelligence that evolve with every interaction.

• ​Orchestrating AI agents through project boards to gather context, create plans, and execute work, just like assigning responsibilities to a team.

30 minutes of focused presentation on actionable frameworks followed by 30 minutes of interactive Q&A, designed as an engaging, interactive space with plenty of time for discussion and real founder questions.
