About the workshop

Most websites fail before the first line of code is written. Not because of bad design, but because brand strategy and web execution live in completely separate conversations. In this workshop, participants work through a compressed but real project arc: from extracting what actually matters from a brand brief, to mapping content architecture, to drafting the core message hierarchy for a key page. The goal is simple: leave with a process that helps you build websites that differentiate clearly, attract the right audience, and convert — on your next project, not someday.

Duration & format: 3h offline / small group (12–15 participants)

After this workshop, you will:

  • Know how to extract the 3 brand decisions that determine every major web choice — positioning, audience pain, and primary call to action

  • Be able to map a website's content architecture to user intent and identify where it loses people and where it could differentiate

  • Have a reusable Brand-to-Web framework you can apply on your next project within 1–2 weeks to build a website that stands out and generates leads

This workshop is ideal for:

  • Product designers, UX designers, product managers, and brand or marketing professionals who work on or with website projects; at mid to senior level, in product teams, agencies, or as independents. Especially useful for anyone who has felt the gap between a brand strategy document and what actually ends up on the website; and wondered why the site doesn't convert the way it should.

Pre-requisite: No specific tools required. Participants should come with a real project in mind. a website they're currently working on, have recently delivered, or are about to start.

About the trainer

Roxana Talamba is a Brand Strategist and Head of Web at Better Today Branding Agency, with 10 years of experience in design. She runs end-to-end brand and web projects for startups and companies in retail, health, and B2B, from positioning and content strategy through to launch. She has also led UX research and synthesis projects across some known Romania's digital platforms, giving her a grounded understanding of the gap between what brands intend and what users actually experience on a page.
