Registered Scrum Master™ (RSM) by Scrum Inc. | Oct 1-2, 2026
Learn to build and coach Scrum Teams that deliver, remove the impediments slowing them down, and lead the improvement that compounds Sprint over Sprint.
Course Overview
Developed from the work of Scrum co-creator Dr. Jeff Sutherland, this Registered Scrum Master™ (RSM) training covers the essential practices of effective Scrum leadership. You'll learn how to build and coach self-managing teams, run the Scrum events so they produce decisions rather than status updates, remove impediments before they compound, make work visible through the right metrics, and craft a culture of continuous improvement.
Through real-world case studies, proven Scrum patterns, and interactive exercises, you'll explore the scientific principles that make Scrum work and learn how to apply them in complex, rapidly changing environments, including material drawn from the second edition of Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time. The course also examines how AI can augment Scrum teams, from improving decision-making and team effectiveness to accelerating delivery.
You'll leave prepared to serve as a Scrum Master on day one and to make the teams around you measurably faster.
