Registered Agile Coach™ (RAC) by Scrum Inc. | Nov 2-6, 2026
Expertly trained coaches are critical to a company's business agility. This five-day intensive prepares Agile professionals to lead transformations.
Course Overview
The Registered Agile Coach™ (RAC) course develops the skills and knowledge needed to coach teams effectively, then puts them to work before the week is out. You'll practice time-tested coaching models that unlock individual and team potential, build your own style through advanced facilitation, and sharpen the judgment to read behaviors, patterns, and anti-patterns in a real workplace and respond to them.
Days three and four are applied practice. You'll observe working Scrum teams, deliver coaching using the tools from the course, and then review and debrief with your course trainers, seasoned cross-industry Scrum Inc. coaches and consultants, and with your peers. The debrief is where most of the learning lands: direct feedback on what worked and the areas to improve.
You'll leave prepared to take a coaching engagement from first conversation to measurable outcome.
