Arrival: Enter through the revolving doors just past Culture Coffee (when approaching from 8th Avenue) and tell building security that you are attending an event in Suite 1701. No additional building check-in is required. Take the elevators to the 17th floor, turn right, and the suite is at the end of the hall.

About the Event
Across the country, an unprecedented wave of utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects is moving through local permitting and siting decisions. Driven by compressed federal tax credit timelines, we call this moment the Surge.
The Surge Campaign was launched to meet this moment: a coordinated national effort to win approvals and turn hundreds of gigawatts in America’s clean energy development pipeline into steel in the ground.
A collective effort of the Siting Clean Collaborative, Greenlight America, U.S. Energy Foundation, Western Conservation Foundation, Invest in Our Future, and a growing coalition of partners, the Surge Campaign is strengthening local advocacy, supporting local leaders, and building the capacity needed to accelerate clean energy deployment at speed and scale.
Please join us for a conversation with industry partners, local government officials, nonprofit advocates, and campaign leaders as we reflect on the first year of the Surge, explore what we've learned, and discuss what's next for utility-scale clean energy deployment across the country.
