Advanced Title IX Investigator Certification: Evidence, Empathy, and Procedural Mastery

​Advanced Title IX Investigation Certification is an intensive training designed for investigators, coordinators, and compliance professionals who are ready to move beyond foundational concepts and develop the specialized skills required for impartial, trauma-informed investigative practice. This course blends legal rigor with human-centered methodology to ensure investigations are fair, defensible, and procedurally sound.

​Through live instruction, structured exercises, and interactive simulations, participants learn how to manage complex cases, conduct effective intake and triage, preserve and evaluate evidence, perform objective credibility assessments, lead trauma-informed and culturally responsive interviews, and produce clear investigative reports that withstand institutional and external scrutiny.

​The training reinforces the investigator’s dual responsibility to remain a neutral fact finder while protecting the integrity of the process from intake through conclusion. Participants will also strengthen their ability to apply evidentiary standards, draft findings of fact, align analysis with policy and law, and communicate determinations clearly and without bias.

​The cost of this certification is $395 per participant and includes live sessions, investigative labs, peer review exercises, downloadable templates, a Certificate of Completion, and on-demand access to recordings within five to seven business days after the event. Institutions registering groups of ten or more may qualify for reduced flat-rate pricing.
