About Event

Many sales development professionals view the SDR Manager role as the default, final rung on their career ladder. This session is designed to deconstruct that assumption and map out how to progress into senior leadership titles like Director, VP, and SVP.

Drawing directly from Kelly’s career journey, the session addresses two core pillars of leadership growth:

  1. The Human Element (Frontline Management): Recognizing how brutal the initial SDR role is. Helping reps navigate intense objection and failure early on so they stay in the game, perfect their craft, and build a foundational career rather than quitting.

  2. The Commercial Element (Executive Leadership): Transitioning from managing individuals to looking at the group as a whole business unit. Moving beyond basic activity KPIs to manage data, pipeline modeling, efficiency, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
