HBA's financial Health Summit
HBA's financial Health Summit
Financial health as foundation to gender equality
The Financial Health Summit is a curated dialogue and advocacy event marking HBA Amsterdam’s 5-year anniversary. More than just a panel talk or workshop, this summit brings together thought leaders from policy, industry, and activism to explore financial health as a foundation for gender equality. Through impactful keynotes, personal storytelling, and round table discussions, the event offers a space for reflection, exchange, and co-creation. Participants will leave with insights, connections, and actionable ideas to help close systemic financial gaps for women in the Netherlands.
Why should people attend this program:
1. Gain Deep Insights from Top Experts
Hear from thought leaders in Politics, UN Women, FNV, and Deloitte as they unpack the latest data, challenges, and solutions around women’s financial health — from pensions to pay gaps to sector-specific trends in life sciences.
2. Connect with Role Models & Allies
Join an inspiring and diverse panel of changemakers — from female executives to male allies — and engage in meaningful conversations about leadership, policy, and financial autonomy in your personal and professional life.
3. Co-Create Action Toward Financial Equality
This isn’t just another talk. Through interactive round tables and a collective call to action, you’ll help shape the agenda for real change — and leave with ideas, tools, and connections to advance gender equity in your own environment.
