āYour application got you in the door. Now it's time to step up to the mic.
āYour fellowship interview is when you go from a name on paper to the person a program wants on their team. No one else has your story, your path, or your voice, and no one can tell it the way you can.
āIn this 90-minute workshop, Dr. Libby will walk you through preparing for your fellowship interviews and telling your professional story with confidence, so you walk in ready and leave a lasting impression.
āHere's what we'll cover:
āFellowship interviews overview: What to expect and how the process works.
āThe common questions: How to approach "tell me about yourself," your whys, and behavioral questions in a way that lands.
āThe tough moments: How to handle hard questions, and what to do when you don't know the answer.
āThe follow-up: How to close the loop after the interview in a way that leaves a lasting impression.
āMock Interview: You'll be randomly paired with someone to talk through interview questions or practice telling your story for 20 mins to get feedback.
āYou'll leave ready to step into your fellowship interviews and tell your story with confidence.
āBring your questions. We'll close with a live Q&A so you can ask what's on your mind.

āDr. Libby Shelton earned her PharmD from Purdue University. She is an industry pharmacist focused on oncology market access and the founder of a coaching business. She's passionate about elevating people by connecting them to the knowledge, opportunities, and community they need to thrive, both in her corporate work and through Learn With Libby and the Ambition Into Action (AIA) community. Her work has earned her a place among the Top 50 Most Influential Leaders in Pharmacy.
