Use Your Wildcard: Negotiation as a Career Strategy
In our last two editions of HerFuture+, we’ve unpacked wisdom from climbing the career ladder to building your personal brand as a woman in tech. Now, we’re excited to invite you to the next gathering focused on one of the most underestimated career skills in tech, especially for women: negotiation.
Negotiation is often framed as a single moment: A salary conversation, a promotion ask… But in reality, it’s a long-term career strategy, shaping visibility, credibility, scope, and influence.
This edition is hosted at the beautiful Zoom offices in the heart of Amsterdam and will explore how women working in tech can use negotiation not as confrontation, but as a tool to own their story, shape their path, and bring their full value to the table.
What you can expect:
🤝 Practical insights into how negotiation shows up beyond compensation
🎤 An engaging panel with women who have navigated key career moments through intentional negotiation
💡 Space to connect with ambitious female professionals in tech who are equally invested in growth
Speaker Lineup:
Debbie de Bruijn, Regional Sales Director at Salesforce
