Paul Ellis, Managing Partner, Ellis Law Group

As Managing Partner of Ellis Law Group, Paul Ellis represents companies at all stages of their life cycles, as well as funds and angel investors, and does a significant amount of work with overseas companies entering the US. Clients choose Paul to negotiate complex business matters and provide sophisticated, strategic legal advice for establishing, financing, operating and exiting highly successful, and often rapidly-growing, companies. His experience spans multiple industries including software/SaaS, AI, fintech, blockchain/crypto, digital media, e-commerce and healthcare. Paul is a board member of NY Tech Alliance and organizes its events on legal issues for tech companies.

Alan Wink, Managing Director, Eisner Advisory Group

Alan assists clients with capital budgeting, capital structuring and capital sourcing. Alan has 20 years of financial and consulting experience, having served as Director of the Interfunctional Management Consulting Program at Rutgers Graduate School of Management, a program he helped build into one of the largest business school-based management consulting practices in the country. He started his career in accounting, spending six years on the audit staff of a Big 4 accounting firm and a Fortune 500 Company. Alan left the accounting field to expand his horizons in the area of Corporate Finance.

Ali Masoud, Director Investment Banking, PCE Investment Bankers

Ali brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to PCE's M&A practice. As Vice President, he spearheads critical deal execution, from crafting compelling presentations to managing meticulous due diligence processes. Ali specializes in buy-side and sell-side transactions, recapitalizations, and general corporate advisory transactions.

Prior to joining PCE, Ali honed his expertise at several globally recognized investment banking firms, leading transactions across diverse industries, including a strong focus on software and technology. He possesses a deep understanding of the entire deal lifecycle, having actively participated in origination, execution, and post-closing support. His proven ability to effectively manage teams and clearly communicate with stakeholders has been instrumental in closing numerous successful deals.

Ali's qualifications extend beyond his financial acumen. He holds a Master's degree in International Finance and Economics from Columbia University, bringing a strategic mindset to every transaction. His experience as a Turnaround CEO further underscores his adaptability and problem-solving skills. With his collaborative spirit and passion for the industry, Ali is committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Bruce Jaffe, General Partner, J4 Ventures

Bruce Jaffe is a technology executive, investor, and board leader with over three decades of experience building and scaling global businesses. He is General Partner at J4 Ventures, an early-stage fund investing in technology and tech-enabled companies. Previously, Bruce served as President and CEO of Donuts Inc., a leading domain registry with a successful private-equity exit. Bruce spent over a decade at Microsoft, where he served several executive positions, most recently Corporate Vice President of Corporate Development, overseeing all global M&A and strategic investments. Across his career, Bruce has guided hundreds of transactions as an operator, investor, and board member. He serves on several public and private company boards and holds a B.S. from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford GSB.
