International Day of Yoga special program

What is the minimum age to attend?

It is open to ages 7 and above.

Do I need prior experience doing yoga?

No prior experience is required. Beginners are welcome.
 
I am not very flexible. Can I attend?

There are no requirements on flexibility. Anyone interested in learning Yoga to enhance their health and wellbeing are welcome to attend.
