Workshop Format
Part 1: Intention: We begin with the heart: a felt sense of what you want more support around- grief, fear, change, creativity, hormones, burnout.
Part 2: Instruction: This is what you came for — how to choose a dose and schedule; impact of hormones and stress; choosing a "buddy."
Part 3: Integration: Integration while microdosing happens in real time. We’ll explore: tracking “aha” moments, emotional resilience, and facing fear, plus how awe, pleasure, and play help rewire your brain.
