About Event

📍 On the sidelines of the 79th World Health Assembly (WHA79)

Healthcare workers worldwide are facing unprecedented pressure from crises, conflict, and workforce shortages. This WHA side event brings together global leaders, researchers, and practitioners to explore healthcare worker wellbeing as a system and organizational responsibility, not an individual resilience issue.

Join us for a focused and engaging discussion on how science-informed, system-level approaches can strengthen duty of care, leadership, organizational culture, and culturally relevant mental health support for health workers and humanitarians.
