About Event

For the 3rd round of Regulated & Rooted we will be looking at the commonly discussed topic of DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy); Dialectics.

As usual, come cozy and prepare to share, support and learn!

Although we try to be as bilingual as possible, this series is prepared in English. If you mostly understand, please still attend and we will be happy to translate as we go so folks are able to keep up.
