Embark on a deeply relaxing inward journey of self-discovery guided by the rhythmic pulse of the drum. In this immersive and drug-free experience, you'll have the opportunity to meet your animal guides and receive meaningful insight from within.
Rooted in ancient shamanic tradition, drum journeying uses steady, repetitive drumbeats to gently shift awareness, allowing you to explore inner landscapes in a safe and supportive setting — there are no "bad trips" and no prior experience necessary.
Your host is Adam Braus, PhD who is a professor and founder of Elton University. Braus has taken hundreds of people of all ages on drum journeys with great success! He learned it from a yogi master in Koh Pangyang Thailand.
